Hi, I'm Gemma and welcome to the She Moves Club! 

 

An encouraging corner of the internet where you can find:

Practical guidance: running and walking routes, movement for busy lives, confidence tips and staying safe.

Real experiences: what I try, what I learn, what keeps me active, and what I struggle with too.

Occasional group sessions: informal walks, runs, outdoor Pilates and fitness.

I created this space because I know how powerful movement can be in helping women feel stronger, happier, healthier and more confident. I also know how overwhelming it can feel to get started, stay motivated, or find somewhere you genuinely feel you belong.

​

She Moves Club is my way of bringing all of that together - a supportive hub of information, inspiration and real-life experiences that make being active feel more possible, more joyful and more you.​

​

Why Movement Matters

Movement strengthens our bodies, boosts confidence, supports mental wellbeing, and helps us navigate whatever life throws our way. For me it has helped with stress, sleep, health symptoms, and staying grounded through difficult times. More than anything, movement takes me back to that childhood feeling - walking and playing through the hills of Darwen, exploring without purpose, and discovering how powerful it is to simply move your body through the world.

 

Whether you love running, fitness, walking, Pilates, or just a good chat over coffee, there's a space for you here.​​​​​​​​​​
